Family Outcomes:
- Parent will have full-time employment outside of home
- Parents will have had at least two breaks from full-time
responsibilities of care-taking for children
- Kids will be going to bed at a reasonable time
- Family will have primary responsibility for coordinating
Sophia's care
- Mother will be aware of where child is develomentally in speech
and language and know what to expect him to do in the future

- Respite care will be arranged to allow parents to maintain
employment and school enrollment & to provide a break from
responsibilities of care-giving
- Services Coordinator will work with IFSP Team to access
resources that will benefit the family

making choices, and communicating wants/needs)

- Tyson's gross motor skills to develop in sequential manner
- Will meet developmental milestones
- To monitor and facilitate age-appropriate cognitive/play skills
and social skills
- Ellie will demonstrate progression through developmental
milestones in fine and gross motor skills (improved trunk strength,
weight bearing on extended arms, and improved weight shifts) as
observed by therapists
- To continue normal developmental sequence
