The IFSPweb was developed and implemented in Feburary of 2001. The orginal development team consisted of Nina Baker, PTI Nebraska, Joan Luebbers, Nebraska Department of Education, Charlie Lewis, Nebraska Health and Human Services, Connie Hayek, UNL-Center on Children, Families and the Law, and Dr. Chris Marvin, UNL-Barkley Center.
