Day Time Period
Within
45 days after a public agency
has received a referral concerning a young child under
3 years of age, the school district must:

Complete an MDT evaluation and
- Participate
in an IFSP meeting
In
the event that the family has exceptional circumstances
that make it impossible to complete the evaluation within
the 45 days, the circumstances will be documented, the parent(s) will be informed of the estimated time to complete the evaluation, and an iterim IFSP will be developed
and implemented as necessary.
