IFSPWeb
is a self-paced tutorial designed to help Nebraska
parents and professionals create better Individual
Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for young children
with disabilities. The goal of the site is to
educate parents and professionals on the Individual
Family Service Plan, which guides the services
provided to young children and families.
The IFSPWeb represents a joint effort by the
Nebraska Department of Education, Nebraska Health
and Human Services, and the University of Nebraska/Lincoln.

the on-going development of the IFSPWeb.
The
development of the IFSPWeb is an on-going process.
A group of parents and professionals work together
to create and update the IFSPWeb to ensure that
families receive the best possible services
coordination for their young children with special
needs. If you have comments or suggestions,
please e-mail us at: librarian@answers4families.org.
You can also complete a brief
survey at the end of the IFSPWeb. This helps
us to continuously respond to your needs and
interests.
Please start by completing a self assessment exercise to judge your current knowledge of the material contained in the IFSPWeb. If you want to keep track of your journey and results through the website you must login to create your profile. After you login you will be asked to complete the pre-assessment and then complete the quiz at the end of each 3 modules. If you are sharing your results with a supervisor, your supervisor must login to create a profile so that they can view your results. If you need assistance you can email: librarian@answers4families.org or call 1-800-746-8420 or 402-472-0844.
